We want you to love your gear. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 90 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
How long does shipping take for sports equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like bicycles or treadmills, please allow up to 10 business days for specialized freight delivery.
Do you offer bicycle assembly for online orders?
Yes, all bikes purchased online can be shipped to your local Sports Basement hub for professional assembly at no extra cost, or shipped to your home 85% assembled.
Can I rent gear online before I buy it?
Currently, rentals for ski gear, camping equipment, and wetsuits must be reserved through our online rental portal and picked up in-store to ensure a proper fit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer interest-free installments through Affirm for high-performance gear.
How do I track my order status?
