Snowshoeing Yosemite: Valley Overlook

The winter is a time for rejuvenation in Yosemite. Delight in the stillness after a summer of crowds while enjoying the magic of a winter wonderland. This 3 day snowshoe excursion takes us from the parking lot of Yosemite Ski and Snowboard Area out to remote backcountry locations where we'll set up our snow camp each night. One night will be in a forested wonderland in the backcountry, while the second at Dewey Point where we can bask in breathtaking views of the Valley below. This trip is perfect for the more experienced winter enthusiast to gain valuable experience and skills in the art of winter camping. Your guides will provide you with expert advice on how to stay safe, comfortable, and experience the joys of winter camping.
